Returns & Refund Policy

At ObeeBeauty, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

How do I return/ exchange an item?

Step 1: Contact our customer service (Email : support@obeebeauty.com) and submit your return/exchange request and order information.

Step 2: After the return application is approved, we will send you a return information email, and please return the items according to the return information of the email.

Step 3: Send the items to us (unfortunately we're not able to send prepaid return shipping labels, please use your own trackable and insured shipping method).

Step 4: Contact customer service and submit return shipping tracking number and voucher.(Please be sure to send it within 2-4 days of receipt of the refund/exchange consent request,We are not responsible for any delays.)

Step 5: We will process the replacement or refund to your account and accordance with our return conditions within 3-6 days after receiving the package.

Refund or exchange will be available as soon as your return is received and processed .       

Refunds:The refund time will depend on the payment method you used for your order;PayPal refunds: 3 business days; Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges:It will take up 3-5 business days for us to arrange the reshipment for you.

On ObeeBeauty's duty:

1. ObeeBeauty will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items,  and wrong color items.
2.Please send a clear picture of the problem to support@obeebeauty.com, after confirming it is our fault, we will resend to customers.

On customer's duty:
Incorrect order (size of the item):
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also manage exchange for them, You should contact  us Within 14 days of receiving the order.

Note: On customer's duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
