Shipping & Order Policy

Delivery Process:Processing time typically takes between 1-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.


Order Status:Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can go to your account page to check order status. You can also tracking your order Here.


Shipping Charges:Affected by the epidemic, logistics costs have increased. In order to ensure a good shopping experience for users, customers only need to pay $5.99 (expected to arrive in 7-12 business days), expedited delivery (expected to 5-8 business days) for $12.99. Free shipping over $48.

Please note: We will not responsible for delivered (according to shipment updates) but lost package.

Note:
The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Order Address Error:Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Deliverly:The order shows that it has delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received will not be refunded.

Additional Information:We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
All delivery times are estimates and obeebeauty is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors(weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Notifications 

"Pre-shipment"- If you track your order through USPS/UPS and it says pre-shipment this means that your label has been created but it hasn't been scanned yet.

"Delivered" but you never received your package- Once your package has been delivered we have no control over the package. If you have further questions about the package we suggest to contact USPS or UPS. 

"In transit"- this means your order has been shipped and it should be delivered by the date provided by USPS/UPS.

Tracking

When tracking your package please contact USPS/UPS for additional information. Once your package leave our warehouse we can only track it by the Tracking # we provided in your "shipped" email. 

Package Returned to Original Sender 

This means that your package has been sent back to us due to an incorrect address! If this happens with your order please contact us with in 30 days or your order becomes null.
